Notas Importantes

Por qué funciona:

  • Cottage cheese blended smooth = creamy texture + massive protein boost
  • Cornflour slurry = proper thickness without adding more calories
  • Extra seasonings = actually flavorful, not bland “healthy food”

Tips de preparación:

  • Blend COMPLETELY smooth - no cottage cheese chunks
  • Don’t skip the cornflour water mix, it’s the thickness secret
  • Stir occasionally while heating to prevent sticking
  • Season aggressively - garlic powder, onion powder, herbs

Variaciones posibles:

  • Add protein powder for even higher protein (unflavored)
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese for tangier taste
  • Blend in roasted red peppers for depth
  • Top with shredded chicken for meal-worthy soup

Perfecto para:

  • Quick high-protein lunch
  • Meal prep (makes 1-2 servings)
  • Post-workout warm meal
  • When you want comfort food that hits macros
